For each project that we complete, we follow a six-step process. This helps us organize our work and make sure that we complete every step. Our process is as follows:

The first step is to prepare the floors. If we are refinishing a floor, then we will remove the existing protective layer. If we are installing a new floor, then we will mix and pour the concrete from scratch. Once the concrete is dry, we will clean the area and move on to step two.
Repairing the Floors
Next, we will repair the floors. No matter how careful we are in step one, there are bound to be imperfections in the concrete.
